Interview
I was requested to apply for the opening by the hiring manager. We discussed the position and his expectations and my interest. The next interview was with the Senior Directors that conducted an in person second interview.
Out of state candidate so was flown in for an in person interview. It was an interview day for that campus so I met with many others around my age. Then had an hour long interview with a panel of engineers. All behavioral or general interest questions. No technical questions. Still waiting on results.

Tell me about a time when a teammate was not pulling his or her weight.
You will likely be asked questions about your teamwork skills, your interpersonal relations, your management style or your ability to work in a diverse environment. Review the job posting again and try to anticipate other likely areas of questioning, and prepare honest and concise answers that highlight relevant aspects of your work history and life experience.
