I went to a conference at Kansas city and got an onsite interview. I had to go through two different interviews. The manager asked me about my programming languages and my skill in these languages. This interview was more focused on the behavioral then technical.

Told interviewer about self and job history, what I have to contribute to the company and the position.I asked a lot of questions about what I would be doing and how it related to the work I did in the previous job. I made sure I listed all relevant experience and successes that helped make my job a success.

Applied through website and got call weeks later. Phone interview setup and lasted around 45 minutes. Standard questions and discussed a little about the project that I would be working on if hired. Asked if I had any knowledge about the project.
