Northrop Grumman interview questions

Interview process was pretty straight forward. Applied online, had a phone interview then an in person interview. Standard 3 on 1 panel interview, asked about past experiences and the usual situational questions. Very friendly but I actually didnt think I'd get the call back. I did though a couple weeks later and accepted the offer.

The whole process took five weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter and applied online. After an HR screening, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Everybody was very friendly and professional. After a week I received a call regarding interview results and the offer came two days later.
