Interview
First round phone interview with hr, second round face-to-face interview with team leader. Gave a promise that the result will be told within a week, but didn't get any reply after that. Not a very good experience, especially didn't get any respond after sending twice follow-up email. Saying that they make decisions without regard to age, but still ask about your age and who do you live with in oder to find out your marital status.

First-round is an Online test with basic questions, second, they will call and schedule an interview, and the interview is conducted on teams. The interview lasts one hour and they asked questions about excel and other databases.

Interview process of Zycus is messed up. Process was divided in 6 different sections which were told at the time of pre-placement talk so it was all unknown to us what's going to happen. They were kind of secretive about the company during talk. They even didn't disclosed the in hand salary which we will be getting in future. All we knew that CTC was 6.5 Lac per annum. But
