I went through the campus hiring process. A paper test first. Then I was invited to the interview. There are 3 rounds in total. Each round there was one interviewer from one specific department. Finally I got a chance working there.

Question 1
I have no statistical background at first. Learn the technical at work. Be prepared to some statistical software first such as SQL, SAS.
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

Interview
It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
