First I had a phone call with HR, then with a manager on the team. The basic questions - tell me a little about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, why analytics, what makes you unique, etc. Final round involved meeting 3 members of the team for 20 minutes each. Mostly behavioral questions similar to the phone interviews. I was also asked a situational question - how I would go about helping a company that claims their ads are underperforming (simple answer - benchmark performance of different KPIs against competition, look at industry trends they need to get on board with, etc.). Was given a call and offer the following week.
