NiCE Tech Lead interview questions

pathetic and Unprofessional behavior. Interviewer was asking questions out of my skill set and he was not at all referring to my resume. If I was not able to answer anything interviewer was humiliating and insulting. Interviewer was someone name ATUL.

I was interview for InContact division of NICE at Hinjewadi, Pune. The interview process was very easy. One of the easiest I guess. First round was Online test. The next 3 rounds (1 technical, 1 managerial, and 1 HR) was F2F held on the same day. But they took 35 days to give me the offer letter. They did full background check with Payslips, offers in hand proofs. I already had an offer from some other company and even then they offered the salary lower than that saying you will get more exposure and other irrelevant arguments which every company makes. Overall, NICE Ltd. is a product company with very low salary offerings (equivalent to Service-based companies). They don't care for the talent they let go because of it.
