Very straight forward and well-structured. People were polite while being transparent about what they need in a candidate. Interviewers weren't intimidating and they answered all questions I needed to know about the company.
Long process to go from initial interview to offer. This process gave you doubt as to whether you would get role or not. The offer was good but research of other roles made me decide to go elsewhere

It was supposed to be a chat and coffee - was a full blown interview. Then had to wait some time to then come back and present to the Sales team on 30 60 90 day plan.
