NiCE Software Developer interview questions

It was for Pune location, experience required was 2-3.5 years. Was expecting good package but totally disappointed with CTC offered which was below market standards. Mostly Average level questions will be asked during technical around on SQL and core Java. Person with 1 year experience can also clear it.

Went to their desk at college career fair and gave my resume and chatted with their representative. Got a response about a month after. Had a difficult time communicating with their representative, due to failed phone appointments on their part. Finally scheduled a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. Asked more behavioral questions and knowledge of certain aspects of computer science. No programming questions. Didn't get back to me for 3 weeks, telling me they were full. Overall, very disorganized on their part, and made the process less than ideal.
