NiCE Sales Operations Manager interview questions

Very disorganized! I received the first confirmation from the hiring manager just to be told 30 minutes before that it needed to be rescheduled. I agreed to reschedule, and the first thing the hiring manager told me was that he was going to cut it short and seemed very disinterested. It did not even feel like an interview; it was very rushed with no clear direction. He told me they would get back to me for the next steps and to make the discussion more structured and would have time to ask questions, but I just received a rejection email. This is a reflection of the company and leadership. Wasting peoples time.
