The interview process was relatively structured and straightforward. It began with an initial screening with an internal recruiter to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the role, followed by a series of interviews with direct team members and hiring managers. The questions were a mix of cultural/behavioral and then role-specific, experience-based conversations. My recruiter stayed in close contact throughout and was clear about what to expect at each stage. The pacing felt fairly reasonable as well- my first interview to my start date was about a two-month timeline. After receiving and signing the offer, the final background check verification did take a bit longer than expected. However, I was kept informed throughout the waiting period, and it didn’t take away much from what was otherwise a positive overall experience.
