NiCE interview questions

I ended the interview. Nice demands to see your personal tax returns in return for offering a mediocre base salary. Unacceptable for sub 100k base. It's really used to weaken your ability to negotiate salary under the guise of we have to validate you made this money. That's what HR depts. are for not my tax returns.
