The interview process consisted of six rounds, each designed to assess different aspects of my skills and expertise.
1 : The first round was an initial screening, where the recruiter evaluated my background, experience, and alignment with the role.
2: The second round was a Technical + Coding, where I solved coding problems related to object oriented programming, and basic DSA questions then some theory questions.
3: The third round was a also Technical round conducted by Technical Manager, where I was asked to give solutions for scenario based question in software development.
4: The fourth round was a behavioral interview, where I was assessed on my problem-solving approach, teamwork, and decision-making skills through situational questions.
5: The fifth round was face to face focused on cultural fit, where the senior hr manager evaluated my adaptability, communication style, and alignment with the company's values and work culture.
6: Then six round was related to offer presentation, director explained me all the perks and benefits of the company.
The entire process was challenging yet rewarding, allowing me to showcase my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and professional experience.
