Interview
I went through 2 interviews first, with the Talent acquisition recruiter and then with the nurse managers that are in charge of that department. The whole interview process was about 2 hours, the nurse managers explain in detail what is expected of you in your role as a patient support staff. They ask you about yourself and what can you bring to the team.

Lengthy. Nine separate interviews. 3.5 months in duration. Working with multiple admin assistants to coordinate interviews. Some interviewers prepared others were somewhat bothered by taking time out of their busy routine.

The process included an on site interview with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager Emergency Medicine, 3 of the Emergency staff pharmacists as well as a phone interview with an HR representative.
