Interview
It was a long day. Started in the morning g with the chief PA, then went to the main hospital for coworker interviews and to meet the site director. A lot of hypothetical problem solving questions. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I left wanting to work there even more than when I came in.

The whole process was smooth and worked out perfectly. Thanks to Dennise Baesden, who kept me informed and advocated for my best interests regarding transferring to my new position.

Interview
I was emailed by Elizabeth Cotto after applying on the NYP careers website to this position. She had asked me for a time that I would be able to speak with her over the phone about this position. After we discussed the job and my qualifications in more detail over the phone- she had asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I had given her availability and we set up a meeting for myself to meet with her initially, then the nurse manager Susan. Susan had informed me they would get back to me about the job in a few weeks. After my meeting with them it took about 3 weeks to get back to me because it was the holiday season. They had offered me the job over the phone and I accepted.
