I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter which was longer than expected, then phone interview with the hiring team which should’ve been a video interview but they couldn’t get the video to work on their end but I had no problem getting it to work. I also want to add that the first video interview was rescheduled because they “had bad connection” but actually they didn’t even try to connect. I sat on the video meeting for an hour. It was finally rescheduled a month later. I was asked 3 questions about my background, the interview lasted less than 4 minutes. 3 days later I get an email from the recruiter stating that they would be moving on to more qualified candidates...........I mean how qualified do you have to be to stock supplies at a hospital? It’s not rocket science. Absolute waste of time. Biggest joke.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
HR recruiter contacted me about a position that was available. She set up a date that I was available to conduct a video call with HR and the patient care director. The interview with HR was good, had a great connection and questions were interview questions you’d expect. The interview with the patient care director was very brief, and quick. Asked me if I wanted to see the unit/ start date. A week later, I received an offer and to fill out my references.
