NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

The interview process was not bad but it was not good that the time frame which they stated that they would have gotten back to me they did not and it took rather long to tell me I was not selected. I have a bachelor's degree, I have almost six years experience in the hospital and currently pursuing my master's I do not understand how I do not qualify for unit care assistant position . Hopefully they find the candidate that matches what they are looking for,
