Two interviews were completed. One is with the recruiter and the second interview is with the manager. It is a thirty minutes interview with the recruiter followed by a thirty minute interview with the manager. The interview questions were not that difficult at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is a time that you had to overcome adversity?
The recruiter matched me with a staff nurse position on day shift, but I was told in the interview that the day position had been filled in-house already. Perhaps this wasn't intentional but it felt like a bait-and-switch. The interview felt fair and comprehensive and gave me a good idea of the culture on the unit. They were looking to fill the position quickly and the recruiter tried to get me to accept a night position that day which I was not prepared to do. They ended up going in a different direction and so did I.

2. How would you deal with conflict on the unit.
I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
easy, straightforward as long as you prepare. Look up basic pharmacy intern interview questions and you should be good to go. Definitely helps to have prior work experience. Managers are super laid back and easy to talk to also. Great place to work for
