NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

I applied for the job online, one week later I was asked to do a "Getting to know you" questionnaire. Then the next week the talent recruiter reached out to speak and we spoke for about 10 minutes. She called to go over my job experience, how to fill out references and to schedule the interview. I then interviewed with the nurse manager. The interview was pretty straightforward and only lasted about 10 minutes. A week and a half later I was offered the position.

I was interviewed by my direct manager and their direct manager. I was given very clear expectations of what the job would entail and I was able to get a feel for the environment and what was important to them both. There was already a good understanding of my capabilities through my resume it was more about fit and expectations.
