Interview
There were two separate interviews on different days. Effective communication for interview dates allowed me prepare for the interview. First interview was with a recruiter, and the second one was with one of the bosses in the supply chain field.

Interview
Process was pretty simple. First up was a video interview- you do not speak to anyone, just go on camera and answer some questions. I soon after received an email for an interview with some team members (virtual). The process went well and for the most part was a good experience. What was disappointing was that they emphasized how important candidate experience was, and that no candidate that interviewed would be left without a response. Well I was. I know companies interview loads of people, but to be told I’d receive a response and have them completely ghost seemed a bit unprofessional to me.
