NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

The interview process included situational questions, it was a panel interview with 4 staff member after I met with the manager. I was given a tour of the unit. The whole process took 1.5 hours

Hiring took forever- I mean forever. I applied in December 2010 and I have not heard back until March 2011. It is not much better now... either you know someone or I do not know how you get there... everyone who works there is related to someone else.. there are entire families working- mother in kitchen, father cleaning, son at the unit, daughter in administration- you get the drift.
