I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
After applying to numerous positions & being rejected several times for "not meeting the PREFERRED qualifications," I finally had the opportunity to interview with a recruiter in person.I was excited because I was supposed to meet with the unit manager and staff, although it ended up only being a meeting with the recruiter. I was somewhat disappointed. The interview felt laid back & we were both very engaged in our discussion. The interview consisted of behavioral questions. After every question answered, the recruiter responded with "that's a great example/answer." She gave me the orientation dates and told me she would be in touch. Two days later, I got a rejection email saying I hadn't been selected.Im confused as to why I was rejected, given I had prior experience for the position I applied to and the fact that the interview seems positive and stress free- well, I guess there's always next time!

Interview
One interview with head manager. Pleasant, fairly straightforward questions. Hiring process can be long but once the interview is complete, hire date and orientation should follow soon. Manager was very pleasant and made you feel comfortable. A simple quiz was given just to make sure you can read a menu.

Interview
I submitted my job application online and then was called by the Recruitment Office. After an in-person meeting with a recruiter, I was asked back to meet the supervisor for the department I was applying to. During this interview, I met the staff I was going to work with. The entire process took no more than a month.
