I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview path was a long and arduous process from initial referral to phone screen to VP interview to management team interview. This took place over a five month time period until offer was extended.

Question 1
Provide examples to support accomplishments on resume
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
One was a phone screening just to exchange numbers and have some small chatting, the face-to-face interview was in a small office with the supervisors of every department head in psychiatry. It was fairly intimidating and they'd ask sort of setup questions, like "what is your approach to social work?"--just to knock it down with a "we know better than you" type of response, completely discrediting your opinion. Poor experience

Question 1
"Why social work instead of clinical psychology or psychiatry?"
Applied online and got an email back. Their system automatically says you're unqualified if you apply truthfully and say you may need visa sponsorship in the future. I thought this was against the law? it seems like discrimination to me, especially when they don't write in the application that it is open to only us citizens.
