Applied online first. Then did a skills test online and then was called to set up a phone interview a week later. The week after that I did a phone interview, the next week a group interview and then was called back the next week for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager.

Thorough, but a bit confusing at times. I had received multiple emails changing people and times and when I finally had my interview, I went to correct initial location but was then sent to the department for the interview but not told I had to go back to HR to finish the process. I was still hired, but it was a bit confusing.
