The interview process was very organized and was structured in a very professional manner. They mostly ask questions that pertains to respect, innovation, teamwork, and patient safety. The process tool a little less than 2 weeks from the phone interview to the phone job offer. HR person discussed the compensation package over the phone and asked if I accept. It was the best thing ever!

Started with a phone interview. Then took a personality test. Interviewed with HR then the manager of the unit I was applying for. Interview questions were relatively easy, no trick questions. Took pharm test which was easy to pass and the BKATS. ECG was very challenging

I was interviewed first with the talent recruiter . After I was sent to get interviewed by the phlebotomy supervisor. Then there was a third interview with the staff I was going to be working with .
