New York Life interview questions

Was contacted by a higher-up in the company. First had a somewhat informal 1 on 1 interview with the employee, invited to attend the compensation meeting at their Glendale office then interviewed a second time, this time more formally.

Round one was around 15 minutes. Really fast paced, felt very question answer like, and my interviewer didn’t really respond back to my answers. He usually responded with a “that makes sense” and then moved on to the next question. They were all typical behaviorals, more focused on working in teams or dealing with multiple clients. Notably I was not asked “tell me about yourself”
