It was simple and they ask basic questions, but really they are trying to pitch to you their great company and compensation plan that they try to sell to you.
the lady was nice, it was not super formal, we did some small talk. it kind of felt like a yap session, she was a volunteer from a completely different part of the company. honestly, beyond being prepared for the questions I think the reason I was successful was because we got along well and were laughing and stuff together
OA for the first round and general behavioral followed with a recruiter. Still waiting on the next process and see what is going to happen. Hopefully Glassdoor can help a lot.
