New York Life interview questions

Applied online. Recruited contacted me for a phone interview within a week. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. He talked about the position and the company. It consisted of standard questions. I was asked why I chose to attend my school, what my responsibilities and routines were at my old job and if I has any questions for him.

Interview process is still ongoing. I was initially screened (interviewed) via telephone. I had a subsequent personal interview with one of the Managing Partners. I will interview in another week or two with additional members of the team to see if there is a need to proceed. Interview was informative and friendly. I did not get into compensation to any meaningful degree. Howeve, it explained that the benefit package was very competitive--pension, life, health, 401k, etc.
