New York Life interview questions

The first interview is a fairly quick focused on getting to know NY Life and expectations as well as filling out paperwork. Second Interview focused on the explanation of the business plan and products that NY Life has to offer.

It was about probability of a matching attributes/character/personality management think would produce high survival/success rate. You take a self-assessment test in addition to in-person interview. Then, it usually follows with a tour of the facility to give a good glimpse of what it's like to work in the office and the staff there. Overall, I thought it was a nice, no pressure interview process that could ease the right candidate into this position.
