Very positive, fast and efficient, went through a recruiting agency for the position, phone screen conducted, and an in-person interview conducted, drug testing performed before start date begin, start date offered upon completion of in-person interview.

Interview
The initial interview process was okay, just a long process. My initial contact was pleasant to work with. The nightmare was at the end of the process, during the final interview, I was asked about my special needs child. The manager seemed really concerned as to what care my child would need and not what I could bring to the agency

The funny thing was the initial interviews were nothing like the stories on glass door. The final interview I was asked if I could come up with 10 people that we could talk to and the managers concern about the care needed for my special needs child.

Interview
A HR Rep will send you an email to schedule an interview. Then on you're phone interview the main question was what do you know about the position your applying for and what do you know about the company. It's a 15 min phone interview than you're advised that you're resume will be forwarded to a supervisor that will contact you in 10 days.
