Interview
Very interesting questions. Mainly about answering phones and skill set in that sense. Also about my goals in joining the company. Why I wanted to etc. I really enjoyed the person talking to me but felt that the process was too easy. I mean I prepared and there really was no reason to. I did enjoy applying though

Interview
Went into the office and talked to a current employee about how he was trying to start a team. I was told that there was no starting salary and that all my income would be dependant on commission. I was not interested in that so I wrapped up the interview and never contacted them again.

Interview
Manager was late, but gave me extra time at end. Applied through LinkedIn because it was listed as a salaried $80k/ position, and since I have years of financial sales experience I thought I was a good fit. The ad was and position really is a bait and switch. Beware. They want you to be an agent for a year first and if you meet the criteria then you can move into management. Having 5+ yrs in financial services and an MBA and they wanted me to start from the bottom. No thanks.
