The process consisted of an initial phone screen, a second round with two Associates, and a final round with a Partner. Overall not super challenging, mostly about fit and culture .

Six 45-minute interviews, hours of preparation for an hour-long presentation, and a final interview with a C-level executive, only to wait 4 weeks before finally receiving a response to my follow-up email informing me that they would be going in a different direction. No feedback provided.
