The interview process began with a call with HR which isnt that informative and then they put you on a call with the managing partner and they dont go into enough detail about how much time and effort it takes to become a certified financial professional

My interviewer was extremely informative and helpful. She made the process easy , and communicated with me frequently. The company staff was warm and welcoming, as well as honest, I highly recommend.
