The interview was all virtual - one and a half hours presented by an executive. It included presentations - emphasizing the products and , services and the career ladder of progression. The benefits portion was enticing.

The first interview is with the recruiter (partner), then you will attend a commission and benefit class with the managing partner of the general office. After that, another meeting with the partner

Interview
Impressed with the professionalism and business structure for training new candidates. Compensation, training program, product knowledge and what to expect to succeed are all further explained on the second interview. The interviewing and background check are over a course of a few days.
