I only got to the phone interview. Interviewer was very nice and professional. For the first part you are totally in control, as they ask you to "tell me about yourself" and you should prepare good things to say. Then he asks typical interview questions, with emphasis on insurance related topics. Then you ask questions, so make sure to prepare some good questions to ask as well.

Question 1
Why New York Life? Describe a time when you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
My interviewers were rude and unprofessional during the entire interview. Even worse, they ask the same type of questions in every single session. The whole process was a waste of time. Would not recommend doing an internship with them since the culture seems so bad.
Great! It took 3 weeks for them to reject me. It was a 2.5hrs interview with 6 people from different teams. Make sure to review some basic insurance concepts because they will ask you during the interview.
