3. Within the interview -- took evaluation test (green or red) Got green which means likely to succeed
4. Signed paperwork for background & given direction to file application online
4. Got access to discounted study material (Life and Health Exam)
5. After Passing the L&H Exam: Invited to attend Introduction Sales course (as a Pre-Hire)
-- successful class gives status of PTA (Part-Time Agent)

Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
