I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life in Mar 2012
Interview
Called me back after several months of resume submission. Interview was thorough and helpful. Asked many basic questions such as "Why makes you competitive" and "what are some of your personal flaws". Overall great interview. Office was lavish, location is in Fairport, which is quite an uppity part of Rochester.

Question 1
What would your colleagues say if I asked about you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
