I applied with employee referral from a family member, I got a phone interview after about three weeks of application on the website. I spoke to an HR rep who asked me indepth marketing and business concepts as well as explained my resume. A month later i spoke to a potential supervisor who discussed the position and the responsibilities. 5 weeks later I heard back I had not gotten the internship.
