Ness Digital Engineering interview questions

The hiring process is unprofessional. They don't even know what they need and how to pursue that. They cancelled and kept on rescheduling telephonic round until it was taken place. After clearing telephonic discussion they asked me to come down for f2f, I cleared that too and asked me to attend HR discussion on next day, on that day they made me to wait for 4 hours just for a simple HR discussion. It was not final as I got selected for client round. Client round was pathetic, there was a glitch while talking, this shows their poor set up. Still it went on for an hour. Still client wanted to take one more round on the next day, this was non technical, he discussed about project, salary and joining date. After all these, I was rejected. Poor client and poor company. Useless, wasted my money and time on this.

I interviewed last week . took only 1 days but from last 7 days waiting for further process. HR don't reply email and calls. No sure what is happing. First they said different Job Location in Interview later on they changed the Job location and now not replaying the emails and calls
