I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Hyderabad) in Dec 2017
Interview
Got a direct call from their HR talent acquisition team with the job details.
There were 3 rounds in total,
1> Telephonic technical interview in company premises but over call
2> Face to face managerial discussion in company premises
3> Client interview over a telephonic bridge
The details for each round are,
First round is purely technical with average difficulty surrounding the technology you are applying for
Second round is with the project manager and will be involved briefly with technology stack and more on processes followed, tools used and understanding the mapping with the requirement.
Third client round is with their US based client will be concerned with the project you will be working with.
After all these rounds the offer will be rolled out. Yes not much with HR discussion or bargaining.
That's all with the process. Now the reason for rejecting the offer was moreover to do with the misleading information provided.
Ensure that you do all the checks on the company and what is your commitment. Other thing that they told was, they are setting up talent center in India for some other reputed company that interviewed me in round three and I will be moved to their payroll sometime in next year.
Later on I got to know that the company they mentioned already have their setup in India and got a call from their recruitment cell to attend an face to face interview. The position offered was not in line with what they promised me initially.
So they might offer you a good deal but you might get false information / hopes on your future and could get impacted in long term so be careful and verify the things they are conveying.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Bengaluru) in May 2014
