Telephonic discussion followed by face to face with client. Lastly HR managerial round which was again telephonic. First telephonic round was purely technical. Face to face was a techno managerial. And some assessment on behavioural traits as well

Interview
I was interviewed at Ness Bangalore, It is a pretty good interview. An interview is about 3 rounds. Technical face to face, manger round followed by HR. Technical they are concentrating on basic workflows, methodologies, basic syntax, some selenium and core java basics followed by java basic programs. Interviewer and manager are very friendly and looking at us how much we are confident about our answers.

TESTING: Multiple Windows handling, Handling dynamic objects in web table, Types of X paths, Describe the architecture of Framework, Benefits of page object model, TestNG annotations, Use of @DATAPROVIDER, Use of TestNG listeners, maven and git commands, What is Commit in GIT, How to capture screenshot for failed test cases.
JAVA: Usage of a constructor, What is Inheritance & Interface. Difference between SET and LIST, Array, and ArrayList, What is STATIC and FINAL, Usage of THIS and SUPER.

Interview
We met directly face to face. We had a good talk, questions were OK. Interviewers were nice. It was lot about ability to think logically. I had a good feeling about it in the end. But I declined the offer because I got a better one.
