As a fresh graduate, you will get a phone interview which is around 30 minutes. The on-site interview includes 15 minutes presentation about your self, 2 rounds technical interview, 1 round general interview with your potential manager, and 1 round programming test on a computer.

I was part of the campus recruitment program. It consists of a pre-placement presentation. There is a written, followed by two-three rounds. Maximum four rounds. Most of the focus is on technical questions. Focus is on programming ability, problem solving, aptitude. In between one or two HR questions are pushed in.

There is no such "difficult question" or "curve-ball" question. They are probably not even looking for the right answer. Their focus is more on the approach to solve the problem.
