National Geographic Society interview questions

I had a great chat with the HR person and then I never heard back from them. I followed up twice in the following weeks and no response. I was surprised when about a month later a HR rep from a different Disney entity reached out to me about a similar opening that the NatGeo HR rep had recommended me for. I'm currently interviewing for that position now but I found the whole thing a little odd.
