I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
– Got contacted by an employee on LinkedIn and referred for the position
– Applied through a link and immediately was set-up for 2 phone interviews
– Immediately got set-up with an in-person interview with 4 different people (scheduled for 2 weeks later). Got told it would be a month or so before they would make a decision.
– After in-person, got a terribly worded rejection email less than 24-hours later.
Overall, I barely had contact with anyone in HR. The interview process was easy and understandable. I did feel that they chose random people to interview me and was still confused on what the job would completely entail. In the end, I did feel quite judged for being interested in this job after only being at my current job for 7 months. Even though, they reached out to me. As I understood the concern, I did feel interrogated during the majority of my interviews.
The environment is a little cold and dry (compared to agency life), but I did enjoy how friendly everyone was – even the lovely ladies at the front desk.

The process was straight forward, Selected a time slot for on site interview, the interviewer asked some basic background questions and started the technical discussion. Initially started with resume screening.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Pekín, Pekín) in Jul 2017
Interview
First round, single interviewer. Second round, five interviewers. Both interviews are telecommunication. The questions are pretty easy both in deep learning and in algorithms. Still in the process of waiting an offer.
