NTB interview questions

I applied online only took about two days for them to call me. When I pulled up to the shop I took a look around the store look in the shop to see how the shop looked and what the employees where doing . Everything looked good inside and out . When I walked in the GM was there with the store manager . After talking for about 10 minutes they asked when I can start . This was on a Thursday and asked me to start on Monday . The GM was very happy to have someone with leadership skills to motivate the employees ad to service the customers. It doesn't matter what business your in the bottom line is about Qualify and Service for any business. They starting pay is very low for being in the managment with a low % on commission . Will see what happens with this .

A two-part interview process with store manager and service manager usually within two days or could be all in one day. Whatever the case interviewing process is usually pretty easy cut and dry.
