Phone interview with location manager, was told that my experience would qualify for a higher salary bracket and waited to speak with district manager. Multiple back and forth phone calls between LM and DM resulted in a very low offer with the expectation that you would have to work a minimum of 55 hours per week in order to make bonus. The LM was helpful and wanted to bring someone onboard quickly but the pay at NTB is far below current industry standards, especially for the area. Put it this way: NTB is paying below what Firestone was paying 10 YEARS ago. I rejected the offer.
