NTB interview questions

Had friend that worked there so I got an interview pretty quickly. Pretty simple interview, I'm sure things are different now but mine was very non formal he just looked at my app and pretty much hired me on the spot.

Short, general and no real interview most of the questions were upfront during the time asked for application. They want to know how good you work and if your worth the time or if you would rather go some where else. There was no time for games working here, just bussiness. Dont get between The manager and the money.
