Interview
Not much to say really the upper management that interviewed me was all about himself didn't really ask me much. Then said they would do a background check and let me know. That took two weeks and couldn't get him to return my calls. Now I am supposed to start wish me luck it doesn't look good this far.

Extremley easy, no difficult questions. They go through so many people that the managers really dont care. They are generally looking for people that are very driven by money and used to working in a commision type environment. A good majority of your pay is bonus and commision.

Interview
The District Manager did all the talking, but did ask how well I deal with customers. The want to know that you are customer oriented. They tell you that they want you to have a balanced work/life schedule, but once you get hired you end up working more hours and days especially during inventory. They give you no help, you have to carry all the load, but cannot make any decisions as far as hiring and firing front staff or technicians.
