NIIT Limited interview questions

The interview was scheduled and done within one weeks time, The co-ordination by the HR was good for scheduling There was 2 round of interview, both through video (Teams,Zoom) 1st interview was technical side, describing the quality tools,six sigma metodology,management skills etc

Started with a written test and then there were 2 rounds of interview focussing more on the Quality process and project SDLC and some situational based questions like running with a timeline for delivery and no Qa time left to do complete project
