Telephonic and it got rescheduled twice. No prior information when rescheduled. they asked about their products..even the function codes. How would you expect an outsider to know your products. Horrible. And then they tell you

Good pattern of selection. Only relevant things are asked to check if the candidate can full the job requirement. Some times there is small written test base on the type of Job. This is to check if the person has the basic understanding to perform the Job.
